How should I choose the best product for me?

We are happy to help you in selecting a toy or product that is right for you! To guide you in making your purchasing decision, we include product descriptions of the toys we sell on each product page. If you require further assistance, please email us using our Contact Form.

What payment methods do you accept? 

Credit Cards

  • We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover credit cards. Your credit card information is 100% secure. All information included with your order is encrypted for privacy while in transit. Credit card charges will show up on your statement as Spectacle V LLC.


  • Use any form of payment method in your PayPal account in your country. 

When will my order ship?

Most orders ship out within 1-3 business days of ordering pending availability and credit verification, excluding weekends and holidays. Please allow an additional 2-3 processing days during sale periods.

Expedited orders will be shipped the same day if placed before our cut off time of 12 pm MST. We do not ship on the weekend or U.S. holidays, and we do not offer Saturday delivery for expedited shipping.

What if I need to change or cancel my order?

Once an order has been placed, we’re unable to make any changes. You can request to cancel your order so you can place a new order with any changes you need. To request to cancel your order, please complete our Contact Form as soon as possible and be sure to include your order number in this request. We’ll do the best we can to help you cancel before it ships, however, we do process orders fast, and once your order ships we cannot cancel it at that time.

How can I check the status of my order?

Once you have received your shipping confirmation email you can click on the tracking link provided to see the status of your delivery. Please note it can take up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear. 

What if I receive a damaged item?

We hope this doesn’t happen to you, but if it does complete the Contact Form right away and we will get it taken care of for you! For more information refer to our Returns and Exchanges page.

What if my package is lost?

If your package gets lost in transit, please contact us using our Contact Form right away. We will do what we can to take care of it as quickly as possible.

*Please note that if a package has been delivered to the correct shipping address that was provided at checkout, we cannot be held responsible for those lost or stolen packages.

Does my purchase come in discreet packaging?

Yes! All orders are packed without a logo or brand name for discreet and private delivery. Credit card charges will appear on your account as Spectacle V LLC.


How can I protect/clean my new product?

Each product will come with care instructions included in the package. Make sure to follow them and clean your toy before and after each use, which will help extend its life. Click here to view our toy cleaners.


Where can I purchase a Lickerish Love gift card?

Email subscribers receive exclusive special offers, updates, musings, and education related to sex, love and connection. We never share, sell or rent our mailing lists - Read our Privacy Policy.

How do I opt-in for Lickerish Love emails?

You may opt-in for Lickerish Love emails here. For your own protection, we will send you an email to confirm that you wish to subscribe to the selected mailing list. You will then need to confirm your choice. We require this "double opt-in" to ensure that you are getting the email that you want to the correct email address.

How can I unsubscribe?

You can unsubscribe by clicking on the unsubscribe link located at the top and bottom of each promotional email. Additionally, you may contact us directly using our Contact Form.

You may receive a final email confirming that your address has been removed from our lists. Please allow up to 48 hours for this to take effect. You may receive one or two promotional emails between the time you request to be removed from a list and the time that we are able to physically remove you from our database. Thank you for your patience.


How can I redeem a Discount Code?

Discount codes can be applied at checkout. Please note that you must meet the criteria outlined in the promotion (i.e. minimum order requirement) or the discount code may not be applied.

Are there any restrictions with Discount Codes?
